Technical Commercial procurment (TCM)

The service covers the operational stage starting from the acceptance of the project in behalf of the owner from the Contractor and the EPC. In this stage the Manager oversees, for the Owner, the site management, the site operation finance, security, ongoing site infrastructure maintenance, as well as monitoring and Balancing of energy if decided so by the Parties.
